For the last 5+ years now, the Lord has led my wife and I to delve into an area previously unexplored by either of us – church history, the early church and the church fathers. The writings in the blog began as an exercise to discover the truth and depth of biblical salvation through the lens of the early church.
For both myself and my wife of 25 years, we are seasoned believers, who have been pursuing our faiths vigorously now for 3+ decades. We’ve read our Bibles cover to cover numerous times. We’ve studied it and have heard tens of thousands of sermons. The Bible is paramount to us, and everything we believe aligns with scripture (2 Timothy 3:16), tradition (2 Thess 2:15) and the teaching authority (1 Timothy 3:15) of the universal Church.
Retired from full-time ministry at the end of 2025, I was the director of LifeChange Concepts as a trained and certified financial coach through Dave Ramsey Solutions. The Christ-centered, non-profit ministry does preventative maintenance with teens, young adults and young couples by laying a solid spiritual foundation through the biblical teaching of financial and discipleship principles.
Prior to LifeChange Concepts, I served in full-time ministry with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes from 2011-2019. Before being called into ministry, I was an industry-award winning commercial real estate broker in Tampa, FL.
I authored two other books, A Chosen Bullet and Civility in the Center, and live in Locust Grove, GA with his wife Amy, who I’ve been married to since 2001, and our their three children – Nico 20, Noah and Dani Rae, both 19.
